Tuesdays & Wednesdays
A friendly supportive group of beginners, people returning to running after a break and improvers who currently run between 5 & 10k with some building up to their first half marathon.
Wednesdays 6.30pm- running group
Every Wednesday 6.30pm, all year round we meet within the Kinross area for a run there's usually a choice of two routes-4/5k or 5-10k we also meet on the last Tuesday of the month at the Move Forward Fitness studio 7.30pm for a mobility and strength workout which you can then do at home to help improve your running.
Some members also attend Parkrun on a Saturday morning or meet for a local run.

Our Complete beginners are currently doing walk/run intervals.
Whether you've never ran in your life or the last time you went running was during PE at school come along and give us a try.
We alternate between jogging and walking and aim to build up to 5k. Ideal for beginners wishing to train for one of the many 5k events out there or if you just want to run for fun.
A great way to meet people, feel better, loss weight, build confidence have fun or just try something new.

Every Tuesday either locally or at the Move Forward Fitness Studio pending what we are doing that week.
Looking to increase your speed, improve your running or just get fitter then this session is for you! We cover speed work, hill reps, running drills and more!
Wednesdays 8 running sessions and 2 workouts= £20
Tuesdays 8 running workout sessions = £20
Both Wednesday & Tuesday= £35 (less than £2 per session)
